Exchange & Return

Muse For All accepts your exchange and return requests for unused products, which are notified in writing within 14 days from the date the products you have purchased are delivered to you.

You can deliver the product/products that you want to send for return or exchange to Yurtiçi Kargo with the code '474567785'.

There are no returns or exchanges for special orders made at the request of our customers.

The products that are requested to be exchanged and returned must be returned as they were sent, without any defects and with their original package / accessories. For defective or defective products, Muse For All must be notified in writing within 2 days from the delivery date.

We would like to remind you that the cargo for the products you want to change or return is your responsibility until the products reach Muse For All and the shipping cost must be paid by you. When we receive your return or exchange cargo, a confirmation e-mail regarding your request will be sent to you after examining the condition of the product. The exchange process of all justified claims will be completed within 10 working days.
