3.1. The type, quantity, basic features, brand, model and color of the products are as stated above, and this information is selected and approved by the BUYER.

3.2. The shipping fee for the related products is paid by the SELLER.

3.3. The payment method chosen by the buyer, the delivery address and the price of the products received are as follows and this information has been confirmed by the BUYER.

4.1. In this contract, the BUYER declares that she/he has read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method and delivery of the product subject to the contract, which she/he has purchased from the website, that she/he is informed and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. As explained in the preliminary information form on the website, the products that are the subject of the contract are delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within 2 to 7 days, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence. If the product is not in stock, the products made on order are delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within 4 to 14 days. However, the SELLER is not responsible for late deliveries due to the problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery process of the products to the buyer.

4.3. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.

4.4. The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contractual product in a sound, complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.

4.5. For the delivery of the contractual product, a copy of this contract must be delivered to the SELLER and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6. If the bank or financial institution does not pay the cost of the product to the seller due to the unfair or unlawful use of the credit card belonging to the buyer by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, the product must be sent to the seller within 3 days, provided that the buyer has been delivered to him. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the buyer.

4.7. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the contract period due to force majeure, weather conditions preventing transportation or extraordinary circumstances such as interruption of transportation, the SELLER has to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product subject to the contract with its precedent, if any, and/or the postponement of the delivery period until the obstacle is removed. In case the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid is paid to him in full within 10 days.

4.8. In the event that the delivery of the products becomes impossible, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER before the expiry of the performance obligation mentioned in the contract. It is also obliged to return the total price to the BUYER within 10 (ten) days.


5.1. 5.2. Change requests for MUSE FOR ALL branded products belonging to the SELLER will be processed with a written notification to MUSE FOR ALL within 14 working days from the delivery date. Change requests can be made by sending an e-mail to or by a written notification sent to the workplace address specified in the contract. The 14-day period will expire at the end of the 14th day following the receipt of the order by the BUYER, or at the end of the 14th day following the receipt of the last product by the BUYER, in case more than one product is delivered separately.

5.3. Upon the change request, the BUYER is obliged to deliver the product she/he wishes to replace, unused, to the address specified in the contract, within ten (10) days from the date of notification, together with its package and invoice. The SELLER is obliged to complete the approval/rejection process regarding the exchange request within 3 working days following the return of the product to the specified address and inform the BUYER.

5.5. The rights of the BUYER arising from the law regarding defective products are reserved. The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product at the time of delivery of the products and immediately notify the SELLER about the detected defects.

5.6. It is not possible to return, change or convert the swimsuit and bikini products purchased by the BUYER into a gift voucher, as it is not suitable for health and hygiene rules in accordance the Consumer Rights Distance Sales Agreement. In addition, before the expiry of the Right of withdrawal period, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal regarding the services that have been started with the approval of the consumer, in accordance with the Regulation.

5.7.There are no refunds or exchanges on swimwear and bikini products purchased from our store.


In the implementation of this contract, within the monetary limits set by T.C. Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı in December each year, Tüketici Sorunları Hakem Heyeti in Istanbul or the Consumer Court that is in BUYER's settlement is authorized.
